 April 2009 Newsletter

This is your newsletter for April 2009, which is a great way of getting information out to all employees and help to make changes for this new year!  This newsletter is a source of up-to-date company information and should be reviewed thoroughly to keep yourself on top of things.  You will find various links to different information included in the newsletter, simply click them and they will take you to the page you desire. Whenever you are directed away from the newsletter, you must click the BACK button to return to the newsletter.  If you hit the “X” in the right-hand corner it will close you out of the newsletter.  To access this newsletter or previously released monthly newsletters by Nick, you can go to the public folders section of your email and they are in a folder listed as "Company Newsletter." You will also find an easy to use link on the right-hand side that will take you to your company email.  Please send an email with any questions, comments, or ideas about the newsletter to swillis@rehabilitationassociates.com.

Enjoy your April 2009 Newsletter!

No Smoking Policy

Just an Reminder:  When at the Virginia Beach office make sure that if you need to smoke that you do so in the designated areas of the building away from the front and rear doors. There are designated areas near the far end of the building by the side door for those who smoke.

Building Security (Important Information)

Still very important! Any families that are treated in the after hours in the office should be informed that they have to stand in front of the door for a moment, so the magnetic locks to switch off. There is a sensor on the inside of the doors that detects when someone is standing in front of the door waiting to exit. The levers on the doors are suppose to only be used in "Emergency " situations. If you see someone tampering with the door levers or if you notice these doors are unlocked when the building is closed, please contact Shannon Willis, so she can forward the information to building management.
